AFFORDABLE HOUSING (to rent) (shortage in Ghana currently) 

My idea for affordable housing: traditional house building with modern touch, meaning compound houses with shared kitchen and bathroom. So no self-contained flats but toilet every flat should have its own toilet for privacy and hygienics. Houses near tourist attraction place, then probably government will allowed to build those houses in cities. But definitely I can build near by cities. 

These houses are constructed with locally available materials -mud, thatch, grass, straw, wood, stones – hence have a lesser durability compared to modern houses. The structure, look and materials used in traditional housing are largely dependent on the weather conditions in the location, available materials and ethnic groups.

I am interested in entertainment events (traditional music, dance, arts), informal educational events, informal networking and teamworking events &  marketing events. Language skills might be helpful in this business. Weekend work (in Ghana Fridays & Saturdays).
